🌱 Growing sprouts and spuds indoors

Hey friend,

Despite what you may have heard, you really don’t need a big garden to grow a little food.

A jar, a lid, and a handful of lentils can give you something fresh right on the kitchen counter.

That's what I started doing over thirty years ago when I was living in university housing with my two eldest kids. It kept me going until I was able to have a garden again.

So even if you're in an apartment or townhouse, you can still start growing it yourself, making it yourself, and cooking and baking it yourself too.

Here are three quick reads for simple indoor food including sprouts and spuds.

Build your herbal skills one project at a time

You don’t need to become a professional herbalist to start using herbs with more confidence.

The Herbalism Collective includes practical resources on making herbal oils, salves, teas, natural skincare, soap, herbal first aid kits, and a more organized home apothecary.

One resource that stood out to me is Herbal Oils 101 from Herbal Academy. It normally costs $99 on its own, while the full bundle of more than 50 resources is currently $67.
